Make sure she knows you can't be the only one she leans on. She will have friends that she can reach out to, but also know that it is frustrating for her to have to explain a situation you have been there through the whole time. Also know that she holds you above the rest, so try to do what you can, but don't feel guilty when you have to step away. She will be frustrated and angry at the time, but she'll calm down and grasp this too.
